Angus and Charolais

The Charolais breed originates from Eastern France and hosts a characteristic white, cream-colored coat. Known for its deep, broad body and heavy frame, Charolais's deliver evenly distributed fat contributing to highly flavored, tender, quality meat. We pair our Charolais bulls with Angus cows. The Angus line brings higher fat content to the Charolais frame with superior marbling and well distributed fat. This breed has been a staple on our farm for many years with a more recent introduction over the last 5 years of registered Charolais genetics with the intent to improve overall finish of our cattle. The Angus's higher percentage of choice and prime cuts of meat mixed with the Charolais tenderness and flavor creates the optimal beef product for consumers.

Pasture Fed

All cows on our farm have lifetime access to pasture. Each cow is finished on grass and grain. All animals receive a certain amount of grain based on their stage of finish along with hay and fresh grass. Our cows are clean, meaning they are hormone and antibiotic free while our meat is preservative free.

As a part of our mission to impact our community, we strive to partner with local and family-operated businesses in the North Florida area. This includes herd expansion for any locally sourced Charolais and Angus cattle as well as our processor, merchandise, and dairy partners. There is a certain joy to be able to support not only your own family, but promote a neighbor's hard work as well. We are proud partners of our neighboring dairy, Hawthorne Creek Creamery to offer fresh cheeses straight from Hawthorne, FL!
